Why I started doing this work?
When I received my first Human Design reading, I felt seen in a way I hadn’t expected. It gave language to parts of myself I had carried for years without knowing how to articulate them, and it softened the way I related to my own nature. That experience sparked a deep curiosity. I began studying the system through the charts of friends and family, initially approaching it with skepticism, yet continually surprised by the accuracy and depth of what I was discovering.
Before long, I was reading charts over dinners, at gatherings, and during long conversations with friends. Someone would overhear a reading and ask for theirs next. One conversation led to another, and my work grew organically through connection, word of mouth, and the feeling people had of being deeply recognized through this system. I never intended to build a business in Human Design. My mentorship work emerged naturally through real relationships and a genuine love for helping people better understand themselves.
Today, I support individuals and groups who want to live, relate, and create with greater alignment. My clients include founders, creatives, companies, athletes, and performers at the top of their fields. I believe everyone carries an inner authority that knows far more than we give it credit for, and Human Design offers a language that helps us hear that knowing with more clarity and trust.
A few things about me:
I’m a Self-Projected Projector, which means I understand myself best when I can hear my own voice (in the form of utterances) out loud. I often realize what I think or feel only after I’ve spoken it. This leads to a lot of voice notes!
I studied Human Design through the International Human Design School, and have read charts for people from all kinds of backgrounds. Every session reflects both the differences that make us distinct and the similarities that make us human.
I hold an advanced training certification in Ecopsychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute, and my work explores our relationship with the more-than-human world.
I used to be a professional flutist and continue to work as an artist agent, predominantly in classical music. Music taught me discipline and deep listening, qualities that continue to shape everything I do.
I write every morning. Journaling has been with me for so long, and it is engrained in my daily rituals.
I like to keep three books on my nightstand — a story, a study, and something for the soul.
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all wellness. I believe in understanding your own energy and body intelligence, and learning to work with what your body communicates.
I value depth and real connection. I’ve always preferred the integrity of a one-to-one conversation over anything that feels crowded.
I spend part of each year in Costa Rica, a place that has become a second home and a reminder of how alive I feel in raw nature and conscious community.
I love hiking mountains, swimming in the ocean, gardening, and spending as much time outdoors as I can.
My work and life are guided by the same intention: to live with awareness, to listen deeply, and to move through the world as my most natural self.
