Why I started doing this work?
When I received my first Human Design reading, I felt seen in a way I hadn’t expected. It offered language for the parts of myself I had carried for years without knowing how to describe them. I also realized I had been using harsher words than they deserved. That shift in understanding made me curious enough to learn more. I began studying the system and used the charts of friends and family as my early experiments. I went in with skepticism, yet the accuracy of what I was discovering kept pulling me in.
Before long, it turned into a kind of party trick. I was reading charts over dinner, on walks, at gatherings with friends. Someone I barely knew would overhear a conversation and ask if I could look at their chart next. People I met at parties started reaching out afterward to meet again for coffee and discuss further. One reading led to another, and invitations kept unfolding through my network. I never set out to build a business in Human Design; it grew through connection and recognition that the work was landing for people.
That’s how my mentorship work began - through real conversations that unfolded organically. Today, I support individuals and groups who want to live, relate, and create with a stronger sense of alignment. My clients include founders, creatives, companies, athletes, and performers at the top of their fields. Awareness, authenticity, and self-trust shape my work. I believe everyone carries an inner authority that knows far more than we give it credit for, and Human Design offers a language that helps us hear that knowing with more clarity.
A few things about me:
I’m a Self-Projected Projector, which means I understand myself best when I can hear my own voice (in the form of utterances) out loud. I often realize what I think or feel only after I’ve spoken it. This leads to a lot of voice notes!
I studied Human Design through the International Human Design School, and have read charts for people from all kinds of backgrounds. Every session reflects both the differences that make us distinct and the similarities that make us human.
I used to be a professional flutist and continue to work as an artist agent in classical music. Music taught me discipline and deep listening, qualities that continue to shape everything I do.
I’m endlessly inspired by nature and am currently completing a certification in Eco-Psychology to deepen my understanding of our relationship to/with the natural world.
I write every morning. Journaling has been with me for so long, and it is engrained in my daily rituals.
I like to keep three books on my nightstand — a story, a study, and something for the soul.
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all wellness. I believe in understanding your own energy and body intelligence, and learning to work with what your body communicates.
I value depth and real connection. I’ve always preferred the integrity of a one-to-one conversation over anything that feels crowded.
I spend part of each year in Costa Rica, a place that has become a second home and a reminder of how alive I feel in raw nature.
I love hiking, swimming in the ocean, gardening, and spending as much time outdoors as I can.
My work and life are guided by the same intention: to live with awareness, to listen deeply, and to move through the world as my most natural self.
