Human Design gave shape to a way of perceiving the world I'd always carried but didn't have the language to fully articulate.
I didn’t plan to build a practice around it.
In the winter of 2022, while living in Santa Teresa, Costa Rica, I was meeting new people almost daily and often turned to Human Design to understand the energy I was sensing in others. I began recognizing aspects of people's designs before seeing their charts, and would look them up to confirm what I already felt. What started as something I casually offered quickly evolved into a full-time practice through recognition and invitation.
I'm a 2/4 Self-Projected Projector, which means clarity comes through speaking and being recognized for what I see. My role isn't to give answers, but to reflect back what's already there - often the things you've sensed but haven't fully seen.
For a long time, I moved from longing. What felt like eros, that deep, restless pull toward something just beyond reach. I chased experiences, relationships, and locations thinking they might bring relief or direction. Beneath that was anxiety that could feel overwhelming, even paralyzing at times, leaving me incredibly ungrounded. Human Design helped me see that fulfillment doesn't come from chasing an ideal. These days, I still explore longing through creative writing and reflection rather than pursuit. Purpose feels quieter now, a steady hum in daily ritual, intention, and presence.
My deconditioning process continues to reshape how I relate, work, and move through the world. Often not discussed in Human Design is the reality of loss through deconditioning: parts of identity, friendships, careers, homes, and more. It's not an easy experiment, but it's powerful and awakens your core. Still deep in my own experiment, I've spent the past few years between New York and Costa Rica, drawn to nature's simplicity and aligned community. At this stage of my deconditioning, success no longer looks like having a wildly influential coaching platform, but rather an attuned lifestyle in nature, surrounded by community that equally cherishes the cycles and rhythm of the natural world.
Before this work, I trained as a classical flutist and held various jobs in the music industry. I still work as an agent, and that background informs how I understand energy, timing, and the creative process. I care about what's true and enduring, not what's trendy. My approach to Human Design is grounded, clear, and deeply personal. I want you to hear yourself more fully, not in theory, but fully in practice.
